Thanksgiving Tradition: OYSTER CASSEROLE19-11-2011
1 Quart Fresh RAW Oysters
1 stack of Premium Saltine Crackers
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable margarine
2 tsp. pepper
This recipe works on the layered approach.
In quart baking pan, arrange crushed crackers on the bottom
layered, begin to arrange large pieces of RAW OYSTERS, Along the first bottomed layer, then place pieces of margerine sparringly over the first layer of RAW OYSTERS. In likewise motion, arrange again a layer of saltine crackers over the freshly layed raw oysters. continue this action, until the last layer of saltines is sparingly over the top layer. Pour milk until it drizzles into the Raw Oyster and saltine, salt and peppered content. Turn oven to 350, bake until consistency is moist, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, serve along with Thanksgiving Table. You will find this an excellent addition to y our Thanksgiving dinners. Bon a petit!
