This is for Dorothy and JJ, I come from a long line of great cooks, my grandmother used to cook at one of the only Hotels along the Mason Dixon line here in Kentucky, catching those travelers in the 1930's and 1940's, who were coming from the south, moving north, and those northerners coming south. It was called the Joplin Hotel, She sa id she used to make $5.00 a week. This is a quick and light recipe that is great to taste and economically sane. Hope you enjoy.
